Team Sheets

• Team sheets must be submitted by midnight on Sunday 10 April;
• Player information must accurately match a formal ID such as a passport, driver’s licence or birth certificate;
• If a player’s eligibility is subject to a review or protest, and the details on the team sheet do not match their passport, driver’s license or birth certificate, then the club will automatically lose the protest;
• Penalties apply for late or incomplete submissions including a monetary fine in accordance with the ANSSACC Disciplinary Policy;
