Instructions for Rivercruise Tickets

Please email Preeti Gill on asgperthevents@gmail.com with the number of tickets, the names of the persons attending and the club that they are from. This is to ensure participants get preference first. Preeti will then email you an invoice if you wish to pay by PayPal (surcharges do apply) or will forward you the bank details for direct debit. Upon receipt of your payment, your tickets will be secured in the name of the purchaser.
Ticket Pick Up

PLEASE NOTE, the purchaser must have a copy of their receipt/email and their identification with them to pick up their tickets. No other person can pick up a ticket on the behalf of the purchaser. If the purchaser is not present, we will not be able to issue you the tickets and/or any refund. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Tickets can be picked up by the invoiced purchaser at the Information Stall at the Games. Tickets (based on availability) can be purchased at the information stall during the Games.
