Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Australian Sikh Games 2025 in Sydney invites vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for stalls at this premier sporting and cultural event. We welcome a diverse range of vendors to enhance the Games experience for our expected 100,000 attendees over three days.
The 37th Australian Sikh Games will be held during the Easter long weekend, from April 18-20, 2025, in Sydney. This three-day event will showcase Sikh culture and athleticism, featuring a variety of sports and activities. The timing over the holiday weekend aims to boost attendance and engagement, bringing together participants and spectators from all over Australia, New Zealand and other countries, for a celebration of Sikh heritage and sportsmanship.

How to apply for a stall
Applications: Vendor applications must be submitted online by January 21, 2025. Any expressions of interest received after this deadline will not be considered and will be automatically declined. We encourage all interested vendors to submit their applications well in advance to ensure they are included in the selection process.
