There is just over a week to go now until the 31st Australian Seek Games! We hope you have all been training hard and we are looking forward to hosting you all here in Sydney.
This is a quick reminder of a few important things.
If you require transport from the airport, please use the online form and submit by the end of this week. This is so that we can work out a schedule and hire the correct number of buses. We will not be able to take last minute bookings.
The schedule for the regular shuttle buses will be on the website soon. These are running from the hotels to the grounds, from the gurduwaras to the grounds, and between the main venue and other sports locations. If you have a large group that needs a shuttle at a specific time, then make a booking for it anyway.

Sydney residents - use public transport
Free shuttle buses will be running from Parklea and Revesby gurduwaras as well as Chester Hill train station. The routes and schedules will be on the website soon. Please make use of these services to minimise traffic and parking issues at the grounds. The buses will be arriving through a separate entrance so this may even save you time by avoiding queues going into the carparks.
These were due for all sports at least 14 days prior to the Games. Some teams have not yet submitted. A fine of $100 will be imposed if not received by the end of today. If you do not submit by Friday then the Organising Committee will assume that your team has withdrawn from the competition and removed from the draw.

Junior scholarship applications
This is a great initiative and two scholarships are available for $1,000 each. The closing date for applications is this Friday 23 March. More details are available here: https://anssacc.org/about/junior-scholarships.
There may be some last minute changes to field locations particularly for soccer and cricket. Please check your draws again by the end of this week.
Read the rules
Make sure that you are familiar with the General Championship Rules and the specific rules for your sport. If you are in doubt then please clarify with your Sports Coordinator.
Finally, the weather forecast is 24-25 degrees with a chance of rain on the final day. Let's hope it holds off. Best of luck with your remaining preparations and we are looking forward to seeing you in Sydney.
